BAHAN-BAHAN KISAR
2 Biji Bawang merah
2 ulas Bawang putih
2 sdb cili kisar
Sedikit belacan
BAHAN-BAHAN LAIN
1 mangkuk nasi putih
5-6 ekor udang
1 btg celery (hiris nipis)
1 sdk serbuk Maggi cukup rasa
2 sdb kicap manis Kipas Udang
CARA-CARA
Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan-bahan kisar sehingga pecah minyak.
Masukkan udang dan tunggu hingga udang masak.
Masukkan pula celery yang telah dihiris halus dan nasi putih. Gaul
hingga serata.
Kemudian masukkan serbuk perasa Maggi dan kicap manis. Boleh tambahkan
gula/garam ikut citarasa masing-masing.
Continue to stir-fry and make sure all perasa are well blended with the
rice.
Dish out, top the nasi goreng with the fried egg and slices of cucumber.
Serve Immediately.
