RESEPI 12: DAGING MASAK KICAP / SOY SAUCE BEEF

Hello guys.                          



Hope you guys can try this recipe. This is typical Malaysian cuisine. Let’s check it out!
Bahan- bahan:
I mangkuk daging yang dihiris nipis
Kicap manis (brand kipas udang)
1 biji bawang holland (potong kasar)
1 biji bawang merah(potong halus)
½ inch halia (potong halus)
5 batang cili padi
2 ulas bawang putih (potong halus)
3 sudu besar air asam jawa
1 batang serai
1 cawan air

Cara-cara:
Gaulkan daging dengan kunyit dan garam. Kemudian goreng dengan sedikit minyak dan serai.
Masukkan bawang merah, halia dan bawang putih dalam daging yang sedang di goreng.
Masukkan air asam jawa tadi dan kicap manis mengikut kepekatan yang diinginkan.
Kemudian masuk 1 cawan air dan tunggu hingga mendidih dan daging lembut
Masukkan bawang holland dan cili pad. Finally,  perasakan dengan gula dan garam.

So selamat mencuba ya …..just a simple dish but delicious. It was so easy recipe and you can eat with sambal. Nyum nyum…. It tastes better if you cook this dish until the gravy is thick. …selamat mencuba ya!!!!

RESEPI 11: KETAM MASAK CILI TELUR


BAHAN-BAHAN:

6 ekor ketam
2 biji bawang besar
1 ulas bawang putih
½ inch halia
1 btg serai
Belacan
Beberapa biji black pepper
Gula/garam
2 biji telur
Cili kisar

CARA-CARA:

Blendkan Bawang Merah, Bwg Putih, Belacan, Halia Dan Black Pepper.
Tumiskan Bhn Blend Tadi Bersama Serai. Kemudian Letak Cili Kisar Ikut Selera
Masak Sehingga Pecah Minyak. Lagi Lama Lagi Bagus
Sebelum Menumis Sila Pastikan Ketam Digoreng Kunyit Dulu
Apabila Sambal Sudah Pecah Minyak Letakkan Telur..Tunggu Separuh Masak N Kacau Bersama Ketam
Perasakan Dengan Garam N Gula Ikut Citarasa.

RESEPI 10: SAMYANG JJAJANGMYEON A.K.A BLACK BEANS NOODLE WITH SAMYANG PASTE

Hello guys…it’s been a while ya didn’t write anything here. I’m Not busy but so lazy…Okay straight to the point. Today I would like to share my recipe Of Jjajangmyeon which also known as black beans noodle. Guys, mine is SPICY bruh! Let’s TRY!!
FYI, all my ingredients are instant.
1 packet of Samyang paste (I used 2x Samyang nuclear)
Instant Jjajang paste like below picture


Jjajang Instant Paste by MariMogo

1 packet of any type of noodles
1 Holland onion
1 Japanese Cucumber
Slice the onion and Japanese cucumber - cube shape. Cook it with a little bit oil…Then put the jjajang paste and Samyang paste. Cook until it become thick. In the meantime don’t forget to boil the noodles ok. Once the sauce is thick as you want, you can prepare the dish. Done!
