I can never say no to this.
The Golden Custard Bun came out warm and soft, and the moment I opened it — that rich, molten custard flowed out beautifully. Creamy, smooth, slightly sweet, and incredibly comforting.
It’s indulgent without being too heavy.
This remains my forever favourite.
🔥 Wok Fried Carrot Cake — So Damn Delicious
Next came the Wok Fried Carrot Cake, and this dish delivered serious flavour.
You get that unmistakable wok hei aroma — smoky, slightly crispy on the outside yet soft inside. Every bite was well-balanced and not overly oily.
Simple dish, but done exceptionally well.
So. Damn. Delicious.
🦐 Steamed Rice Roll with Fresh Prawn Filling — My Top Pick
And then came the highlight of the meal.
The Steamed Rice Roll with Fresh Prawn Filling was silky smooth and wrapped around juicy, fresh prawns. Lightly drenched in savoury sauce, the texture was delicate yet satisfying.
Soft rice roll + fresh prawn = perfection.
This is officially my top favourite from the meal.

Dining here was absolutely worth it.
Each dish brought something special — comfort, flavour, and quality you wouldn’t always expect from an airport-side dining spot.
