RESEPI 80: AYAM BERLADO


Hi guys! How are you? I hope you guys have an amazing Sunday night. 

Esok kerja uolssss but work from home (WFH) until 12 May 2020 and further notice. So esok start dapat motivation message “Please continue to ensure productivity and strive to get as much done even while working from home”. Hurmmmmm…Okey , so jom check it out my ayam berlado resepi Ramadhan version.




BAHAN-BAHAN KISAR KASAR
1 biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih
12 btg cili api Thai merah
3 btg cili besar merah
½ inch halia

BAHAN-BAHAN LAIN
1 mangkuk kecil ayam – Hiris ketulan kecil (Goreng dengan garam kunyit)
2 sdb gula
½ sdk garam
½ sdk serbuk Maggi Cukup Rasa
5 helai daun limau purut

CARA-CARA
Tumis bahan-bahan kisar dengan 1 cawan air hingga pecah minyak.
Masukkan ayam yg telah digoreng dengan kunyit dan garam. Gaul hingga rata dan masukkan ½ cawan air . Masak dalam 5 minit hingga air sedikit kering.
Masukkan pula gula, garam, serbuk Maggi Cukup rasa dan daun limau purut. Gaul hingga sekata. Siap!

Senang sangat. Menu untuk sahur ataupun berbuka.

RESEPI 79: GULAI @ KARI KETAM | CRAB CURRY


Hi guys! How are you? I hope you guys have a wonderful day.

Hari ini, kita masak ketam pula. Actually, dah habis ketandusan idea untuk masak. Nasib baik mr. hubby bagi idea dan carikan bahan-bahan untuk masak. Kami berdua sahaja, tapi kadang-kadang masak macam untuk 3-5 orang. So far, semua yang dimasak habis dimakan walaupun sampai lewat malam.



Okay, jom tengok resepi gulai ketam dari utara Kedah.

BAHAN-BAHAN
5 Ekor Ketam Saiz Sederhana  - Dibersihkan Dan Potong 2
1 Kotak Kecil Santan Kara
1 Biji Bawang Besar- Dihiris
3 Ulas Bawang Putih - Dihiris
1 Inch Halia-  Dihiris
1 Packet Serbuk Kari Adabi Ketam, Udang
1 Sdb Cili Kisar
1 Mangkuk Kecil Air Asam Jawa
Daun Kari
1 Sdk Maggi Cukup Rasa
1 Sdk Gula
½ Sdk Garam

CARA-CARA
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang besar, bawang putih, halia dan daun kari hingga naik bau.
Kemudian masukkan serbuk kari yang sudah dibancuh dengan sedikit air dan juga masukkan cili kisar. Tumis hingga pecah minyak.
Lepas tu masukkan ketam, air asam jawa dan sedikit air. Tunggu mendidih dalam 5-10 minit.
Kemudian masukkan santan dan kacau untuk elak santan jadi berketul2 dan tunggu sampai mendidih. Agak-agak ketam tu dah nak masak, perasakan dengan garam, gula dan Maggi cukup rasa. Ikut lidah masing-masing ya .
Kacau dan tambahkan air sekiranya terlalu pekat. Masak dalam 5 -10 minit lagi dan siap!

Senang jer masak gulai nie sebab tak banyak bahan . Tapi kalau uols nak tambah pineapple, silakan. My hubby tak minat letak buah-buahan dalam masakan, so iols tak letak.

RESEPI 78: AYAM GORENG KUNYIT | STIR-FRIED TURMERIC CHICKEN


Hi guys!

Work from home ke tu or tengah cari resepi nak masak untuk berbuka? Lagi 10 hari nak masuk bulan Ramadhan and PM said the sighting of the moon to decide when Ramadan begins will be on April 23. 

Cepat sungguh masa berlalu and plus our Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has announced that the movement control order (MCO) will be extended by another two weeks, from April 15 to April 28, to curb the spread of Covid-19. Our PM noted that the extension of MCO would run into the month of Ramadan and said there would be neither Ramadan bazaars nor terawih prayers in mosques. Well done to Malaysia! 

The move is in line with the view of the World Health Organisation (WHO) which suggested that countries do not end the MCO too early and in some countries, the spread of Covid-19 increased again when the MCO was lifted. I hope all Malaysian will be okay with longer MCO to support to give room for healthcare workers to combat Covid-19 and prevent a re-emergence.

Okay, now, let’s check it out my easy stir fry turmeric chicken recipe or in Malay ‘Ayam goreng Kunyit’. Turmeric powder plays the vital role for this recipe and you may also substitute chicken with prawn, squid or even with baby potatoes/ tofu for vegetarians.




INGREDIENTS
1 large piece of chicken breast - skinned and cut into small pieces
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp cornflour
½ tsp salt
( All must Marinate for 5-10 minutes )




1 onion - sliced
5 cloves of garlic - sliced
1 inch ginger – sliced
4-5 green chilies
1 small portion of cauliflower
½ tsp Maggi Cukup Rasa

METHOD
Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken pieces until cooked. You may also fry them longer until darker, but make not too long or else, your chicken will be hard.  Set aside.
Reduce oil and add in onions, ginger , garlic and chillies, fry until fragrant.
Add cauliflower and Maggi Cukup Rasa. Cook for few minutes.
Finally stir in the fried chicken pieces. Mix well!
Ready !

RESEPI 77: KUIH GULA MELAKA | ONDE-ONDE

How are you? Hope you guys have an amazing day today! Dah ada idea apa untuk minum petang? Jon check it out my simple recipe again. Kuih gula Melaka atau onde-onde tanpa tepung beras dan bahan pewarna. Check it out now!



BAHAN BAHAN
2 cawan tepung pulut
2 cawan air
2 keping gula nisan/gula melaka (potong kecil)
2 cawan kelapa parut – kukus dan gaul dengan garam

CARA CARA
Satukan tepung pulut dan masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit.Uli hingga licin dan tak melekat kat tangan.
Cubit doh sebesar guli, leperkan masukkan inti (potongan gula melaka) tutup kemas dengan doh, gentel bulat.
Didihkan air dan rebus doh hingga masak, guna api sederhana sahaja. Bebola akan terapung sekiranya doh sudah masak. Setelah masak, angkat, masukkan dan salut ke dalam bekas kelapa parut yang dikukus tadi.
Ulang sehingga doh abis.

RESEPI 76 : AYAM MASAK KICAP SIMPLE


Hi guys!

How are you? How’s your life in this current situation? Hopefully, everything will be OK. Today, I just nak share simple recipe iaitu ayam masak kicap. My hubby’s favorite.



Bahan-Bahan
1 mangkuk ayam
1 biji bawang besar – hiris kasar
3 ulas bawang putih – hiris halus
1 mangkuk kecil air asam jawa
1 inch halia  -hiris kasar
5 btg cili api Thailand
1 cawan air
Kicap Manis Kipas Udang




Cara-Cara

Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang besar, ciliapi, halia dan bawang putih sehingga wangi.



Kemudian masukkan ayam dan kacau rata.
Masukkan pula air asam jawa, 1 cawan air dan kicap lemak manis secukupnya. Sesuaikan rasa.
Tunggu dalam 10-15 minit sehingga ayam masak dan kuah sedikit kering.
