RESEPI 84: IKAN BAWAL EMAS MASAK SINGGANG

Hi Semua! How are you? Hope you guys have an extraordinary day!

Hari ini adalah hari ke-4 CMCO extended. I’m still working from home and I’m not so productive yet. Frankly speaking, I’m not preferring to work from home. Okaylah, jom check resepi untuk hari ini which is ikan bawal emas masak singgang. My favourite lazy day recipe and it taste so good with sambal belacan. Senang sangat nak masak singgang ni. Tak perlu nak menumis  dan tak perlu nak tunggu lama. Paling suka sebab cepat masak.

 BAHAN-BAHAN

1 Ekor Ikan bawal Emas (Potong 2)

4 keping asam keping

2 btg serai- ketuk

½ sdk Maggi Cukup Rasa

Garam

Air secukupnya

4 Ulas bawang putih -hiris halus

1 biji bawang besar -hiris halus

½ inch Halia -hiris halus

4-5 Batang bendi

Sedikit belacan

 

CARA-CARA

Masukkan hirisan bawang putih, bawang besar, halia, serai, air dan sedikit belacan dalam periuk. Tunggu hingga mendidih. Kalau nak kuah lebih letak air lebih. Setelah mendidih,masukkan ikan, asam keping dan bendi yang dah siap dibasuh . Perasakan dengan Maggi Cukup Rasa dan garam dan tunggu sampai masak.

Walaupun rupanya tidak berapa menarik tetapi rasanya "Padu".....boleh repeat perpinggan-pinggan nasi.

RESEPI 83 : LALA MASAK LEMAK CILI PADI

Hello guys!

What are you doing? Sihat tak? So, today is the 1st day of conditional movement control order (CMCO) extended for another two weeks until Nov 9, 2020, at Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Putrajaya. The decision was made due to the recommendation of the Ministry of Health (MoH), based on the fact that there are still high-risk locations in these three locations.

 Currently, I’m working at home and will start work in the office next week. Alright, now we proceed to today's menu/recipe. So hari ni resepi yang I nak share is Lala masak lemak cili padi. This is a really spicy dish ok and for those yang tak tahan pedas sila kurangkan cili padi ok. Let’s check it out!

 


BAHAN-BAHAN

½ kg Lala

1 Kotak Santan Kara

4 keping asam keping

2 btg serai- ketuk

½ sdk Maggi Cukup Rasa

1 sdk Garam

Air secukupnya

 

BAHAN KISAR

10 bj cili padi

1 sdk kunyit serbuk

2 Ulas bawang putih

1 biji bawang besar

½ inch Halia

 

CARA-CARA

Masukkan serai, bahan kisar dan air dalam periuk. Masak dengan api sederhana sehingga mendidih. Masuk pula santan Kara dan kacau sehingga sebati. Kalau nak cair letak air lagi. Masak dalam 5 minit. Make sure kacau ya untuk elak santan pecah. Kemudian masuk lala, asam keping dan Maggi Cukup Rasa. Tunggu sehingga lala masak dan dikacau selalu. Perasakan dengan garam.

REVIEW: THE CHICKEN RICE SHOP - FLAMING KOLI

How are you? Hope you guys have an amazing day! Today, I would like to review The Chicken Rice Shop new menu.

 


The Chicken Rice Shop is lighting up with a new menu for this Deepavali which features an exclusive dish named Flaming Koli. This chicken dish is available until 15th November 2020. Inspired by the aromas of Indian cuisine, TCRS puts in careful consideration to recreate and replicate the flavourful dish in this exclusive Deepavali menu.

 


"Flaming Koli" is made of light Indian spices and blends the taste buds of Malaysians.

I can literally taste the spices and sweet curry flavors, but I don’t taste the spiciness or the flaming chilies. I think I have a high tolerated level of spiciness. The sauce is thick, and it goes well with the rice. The overall dish feels like the comfort of home-cooked food during the festive season. Somehow, I taste like ‘rendang + curry’.

By the way, for your information, I bought the dish through #foodpanda and this is how it looks like when you take away the dish.
