RESEPI 31: SIMPLE BUTTER CHICKEN

3 Btg Cili Padi
Daun Kari
¼ Chicken Kiub
Butter – Ikut Suka Nak Banyak Mana
Ayam
1 Cawan Susu Cair
1 Sdb Susu Pekat
Serbuk Tepung Bestari

CARA-CARA

Bancuh Tepung Bestari Dengan Air Dan Masukkan Ayam Yang Dipotong Kecil-Kecil. Perap Dalam 10 Minit.
Goreng Ayam Tersebut Selepas Perap Dan Ketepikan.
Untuk Kuah – Tumis Bawang Putih , Cili Padi Dan Daun Kari Sehingga Naik Bau. Maukkan Kiub Ayam Dan Susu Cair. Kemudian Masukkan Susu Pekat. Kacau Sehingga Sebati. Kalau Nak Kuah Lebih , Tambah Sedikit Air Atau Susu Cair Lagi. Masak Sehingga Mendidih. Akhir Sekali Masuk Ayam Yang Digoreng Tadi. Kacau Supaya Ayam Bersalut Dengan Kuah.

Taraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa….DONE!

Resepi  Asam Pedas Daging Tetel Nie Actually Not Exactly Macam Asam Pedas Melaka Tu…Telah Diubah Mengikut Citarasa Tekak I And Bahan – Bahan Yang Ada Dalam Peti Ais…Hehehhe..Let’s Check It Out!




BAHAN-BAHAN KISAR
6 Biji Bawang Merah
2 Biji Bawang Putih
½ Inch Halia
½ Inch Kunyit Hidup
½ Sdk Biji Lada Hitam
½ Inch Belacan
½ Btg Serai
5 Btg Cili Padi
2 Sdb Cili Kisar

BAHAN-BAHAN LAIN
Daging Batang Pinang Dan Lemak Daging
Daun Kelsom
Daun Limau Purut
1 Sdb Gula
1 Sdk Garam
1 Cwn Air Asam Jawa
½ Btg Serai
2 Asam Keping

CARA-CARA
Tumis Bahan-Bahan Kisar Dengan ½ Btg Serai Tadi Sehingga Pecah Minyak Dan Naik Bau Harum
Masukkan 1 Cawan Air Dan Masak Sehingga Mendidih
Kemudian Masukkan Daging Dan Lemak Daging. Masukkan Juga Air Asam Jawa Dan Asam Keping.
Tambah Air 1 Cawan Atau Lebih Mengikut Kesesuaian  Sama Ada Nak Pekat Atau Cair Sedikit. Tapi Bagi I Suka Pekat.
Masak Sehingga Daging Empuk.
Kemudian Masuk Daun Kelsom Dan Daun Limau Purut,. Perasakan Kuah Mengikut Tekak Masing2.
I Masak Lama Sampai Kuah Likat.

REVIEW : SAMYANG HOT CHICKEN FLAVOR RAMEN MALA


Assalamualaikum uols,

Hi…hari ini I nak review sikit pasal product Samyang iaitu Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen Mala a.k.a mara-buldak-bokkeum-myeon. Uols pernah tak makan the original product from Samyang which is Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen yang viral dengan #TheFireNoodleChallenge tu??... The popularity of the Samyang ramen worldwide surged when The Fire Noodle Challenge, went viral on YouTube which was first started by the YouTube Channel "Korean Englishman" in which Josh the main host of the channel, challenged his friends in the UK to see who could finish the noodles the fastest without drinking any water. The popularity of the video led to other YouTubers all around the world to do the same challenge and therefore cause a surge in the ramen's popularity. Yang I nak review nie adalah product Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen  yang ke-7 yang dikeluarkan oleh Samyang. Packaging macam kat bawah nie:



Okey..sebelum nak review , of coz la nak bagi introduction tentang asal-usul Samyang. Based on Wikipedia, in 2011, when ramen based on soup was popular, Samyang Food President Jung Soo Kim passed by Myeongdong Road and found that people were crowded in spicy chicken restaurant by chance. She got an idea here and thought that spicy can be tasty, and he started to develop buldak-bokkeum-myeon with the motto of "Spicy, Chicken, Fried Noodles". The marketing department and the research institute staff tasted delicious spicy foods such as roast chicken, lobster beef, chicken wings, etc. Also, they tasted and researched various kinds of spicy peppers in quite a bit of the country and tried hard to develop a 'delicious and spicy sauce'. In addition, tasting about two tons of hot sauce and 1,200 chicken dishes, and after 12 months of research, they found the best mixing ratio and developed the fried chicken fried noodles. The mascot of the Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen series is a chicken named "Hochi". In November 2016, Samyang Food obtained a halal certificate for buldak-bokkeum-myeon from the Korea Muslim Federation Halal Committee.

So now I nak review the taste of Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen Mala  yang mana tag linenya adalah “Perfect harmony between Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen and Chinese spice Mala”….Ok..i beli ramen nie through one page dekat FB : dalinashop . Bole COD sampai depan pintu rumah ok. Tapi for those yang kat Alor Setar ja la no. Boleh contact dengan pemilik FB tersebut ok.

So, apa rasa Mala nie…??? Ok, mengikut lidah I la, rasa ramen Mala nie ada rasa a bit masin, pedas dan bau herba Cina….ada la sikit rasa original flavor ayam tu tapi sikit jer…Kepedasan tak la teruk sangat macam 2x Spicy tu…bole tahan tanpa makan ayaq na…Tapi tak berapa nak jadi favourite sebab ada masin. I suka manis pedas….Masin pedas nie tak berapa kena dengan tekak..Boleh la makan kalau lapaq sangat2…Structure mee kenyal ..tak berapa besaq…ok…Then I nak bagi rating la untuk Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen Mala : 3/5.

RESEPI 29: PAD KRA PAO GAI / AYAM MASAK DAUN SELASIH


Hello guys… hari ini I akan share recipe Pad Kra Pao Gai a.k.A Ayam Masak Daun Selasih. This Thai basil chicken recipe (pad kra pao gai ผัดกระเพราไก่) is a true classic and most popular Thai street food dishes. This is my favorite dishes and suka order kalau makan di kedai THAI. One reason why Pad Kra Pao Gai is my favorite dishes is because the recipe does not require many ingredients. It is best served with hot rice that has a fried egg on top or teluq dadar…SO yummy…..some more masa tgh raining season, masak panas-panas..nikmatnya…

BAHAN-BAHAN :
1 Mangkuk Ayam Cincang@Potong Ketul Kecil
5 Ulas Bawang Putih
10 Tangkai Cili Padi Merah
1 Biji Bawang Merah – Hiris Halus
1 Sb Sos Ikan
1 Sb Sos Tiram
1 Sb Kicap Manis
1 Sb Kicap Pekat
1 Sk  Gula
1 Genggam Daun Selasih
3 Helai Daun Limau Purut  - Hiris Halus
1 Papan Petai



CARA-CARA :
Tumbuk Bawang Putih Dan 5 Biji Cili Padi .
Panaskan Sedikit Minyak Di Dalam Kuali Dan Masukkan Bahan-Bahan Tumbuk Tadi Dan Masak Hingga Wangi.
Kemudian, Masukkan Bawang Merah Yang Dihiris Halus Dan Biarkan Layu Seketika. Masukkan Ayam.
Biarkan Sehingga Ayam Masak Dan Masukkan Sos Ikan, Kicap Manis Dan Pekat, Sos Tiram Dan Gula. Kacau Sehingga Sebati Semua Bahan Perasa.
Kemudian Masukkan Daun Limau Purut, Balance Cili Padi  Dan Petai. Masukkan 1 Cawan Air. Tunggu Kuah Hingga Agak Pekat .
Akhir Sekali Bolehlah Masukkan Daun Selasih Dan Masak Sehingga Daun Selasih Layu. Tutup Api.

Today I Nak Review Sikit Pasal This Two Dishes By MCD Malaysia …..
Okey Untuk MCD RIO BURGER, I Choose Beef Patty Untuk Review. Boring Asyik Ayam Jer Kan. Yes Burger Nie Ada Banyak Vege Sampai Melimpah Ruah Jatuh Dlm Box Dia Tapi Beef Patty Agak Kering. Rio Sauce Pulak Rasa Macam Mayo Yg Dicampur Hot Sauce…Bila Makan Ada Rasa Pedas Hot Sauce Tu…Hurmmm…Actually I Rasa Burger MCD RIO Nie Tak La Byk Bezanya Dengan BIGMAC…For Me Just A Simple Upgraded MCD Buat Dekat Rio Burger Nie With Add Value On Spicy Rio Sauce. That’s it!

Then, Dah Makan Pedas Kita Makan Dessert Pulak…. D24 DURIAN MCFLURRY. Oleh Kerana I Nie Peminat Durian , So Haruslah Kena Try This Dessert Kan. Tapi Hari Tu Dapat Topping Creamy Durian Sikit Jer….Huhuhu…So, As A Conclusion , Setelah 2 Kali Makan Dessert Nie…I Boleh Rumuskan Yang Harganya Tidak Berbaloi Sama Sekali Dengan Quantity Durian Yg Diletak Dalam Ice Cream Tu. Sedap? Bolehlah Macam Makan Ice Cream Sundae Strawberry Tapi Topping Durian.
