Hello there! How are you? Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday. Now dah boleh dine-in for Phase 1. Tapi hopefully everyone take care, jaga social distancing and pakai mask. Always sanitize your hand. As for me, I just cook at home. I still don’t dare to eat outside yet due to my health condition. Must be more extra careful and need to stay safe at home. So, today, I was craving something spicy and I’m so lazy. Paling senang nak masak is sambal berlado. So here we go the recipe:
BAHAN-BAHAN:
4 Keping Ikan Tenggiri – Goreng kunyit hingga garing
Daun Kemangi/ Basil
1 Asam Keping
1 Batang Serai
2 sdk gula
½ sdk Maggi Cukup Rasa
Garam- ikut citarasa
BAHAN-BAHAN KISAR KASAR :
1 Biji Bawang Besar
5 Ulas Bawang Putih
1 Batang Cili Merah
15 Btg Cili Padi Merah
CARA-CARA:
Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan kisar dan batang serai hingga garing.
Masukkan air dalam 2 cawan.
Tunggu air tadi kering dan sambal pecah minyak. Masukkan asam keeping dan
perasakan dengan gula, garam dan Maggi secukup rasa. Kemudian masukkan ikan
yang telah digoreng dan daun kemangi.
Gaul dengan sambal tadi hingga sebati. Tunggu dalam 2-3 minit . Then
siap . Boleh dihidangkan dengan nasi panas.
