Today, I would like to
share my easy peasy lazy recipe for Sunday brunch. This is a dry dish not like the
milky butter chicken and it is not spicy. This dish is good serve on top of
piping hot rice. Lets’ check it out!

INGREDIENTS
1 bowl of chicken of any
part, cut to bite size pieces
3-4 tbsp. spice flour –
Brand PUAS or BESTARI - u can find this at at Tesco
1 tbsp. turmeric powder
1 egg white
1⁄2 cup butter
1⁄2 cup fresh garlic,
rough chopped
2 tbsp sugar
1 shallot or Holland
onion
METHODS
Heat oil in a deep-fryer
or large saucepan.
Combine chicken and egg
white in a bowl. Mix in the spice flour and turmeric a little bit at a time
until the chicken are well coated.
Stir fry chicken in
medium heat till golden. Set aside.
Heat butter on low heat.
Add in garlic, stir fry
till light brown and fragrant.
Stir in cooked chicken
pieces.
Add sugar.
Stir well till every
piece is well coated with the butter garlic mixture.
Lastly, add the Holland
Onion or shallots.
