RESEPI 40: BIHUN GORENG SIMPLE

Hari Ini I Nak Share My Simple Recipe Of Bihun Goreng Yang Super Duper Easy. Ini Untuk Masakan Hari Malas. Shout Out To All The Housewife Out There!!!..Cause You All Know What I Mean Kan…Lazy Day!

BAHAN-BAHAN
½ Bungkus Bihun Cap Jati – direndam dulu
1 Mangkuk Kecil Ayam Dipotong Dadu
1 Mangkuk Kecil Taugeh
2 Sdb Cili Kisar
1 sdb air asam jawa
2 sdb sos tiram
2 sdb sos cili
1 sdb gula
1 sdk garam
1 sdk serbuk perasa Maggi
2 sdb kicap manis

Bahan-Bahan Kisar
5 Biji Cili Api Merah
1 Bawang Besar
3 Ulas Bawang Putih

CARA-CARA
Tumis Bahan Kisar Dan Cili Kisar Hingga Pecah Minyak.
Masukkan Ayam Dan 1 Cawan Air. Tunggu Hingga Ayam Masak’
Masukkan Semua Perasa Dan Gaul. Perasakan Ikut Citarasa Masing-Masing.
Setelah Itu,  Masukkan Bihun Tadi Dan Gaul Hingga Rata.
Masukkan Pula Taugeh. Rasa Bihun Sama Ada Cukup Rasa Atau Tidak. Adjust Sesuai Lidah Masing-Masing Ok.

DONE ! SIMPLE BUKAN….SEMUA BAHAN SENANG DAPAT…

RESEPI 39: PADPRIK AYAM SIMPLE


Hello Guys…

How are you? Hope you guys have an amazing day. Today I would like to share another simple recipe with simple ingredients. I masak  resepi nie bila malas pergi market and use what is in my fridge sahaja.. Let’s check it out…

BAHAN-BAHAN
1 mangkuk kecil ayam  - potong kecil-kecil2
1 btg carrot
3 ulas bwg putih
1 biji bwg Holland
1 biji bwang merah
1 btg serai
6 biji cili api merah
½ inch halia
5 helai daun limau purut
2 sdb sos cili
2 sdb sos tiram
1 sdk  gula
1 sdb kicap manis
2 sdb cili kisar
1 cwn air



CARA-CARA
Tumis bawang putih, halia, serai dan bwg merah sehingga layu sedikit.
Masukkan pula cili kisar dan tunggu hingga sedikit garing.
Masuk pula ayam dan 1 cawan air. Tunggu hingga ayam masak.
Masukkan sos cili, sos tiram, gula dan kicap. Perasakan mengikut selera.
Kacau dan masukkan carrot dan daun limau purut.
Bila carrot sudah lembut , masukkan pula bawang Holand dan cili api. Masak dalam 2-3 minit. Done

RESEPI 38: PHADPED AYAM TERUNG HIJAU


Hello guys,

How do you feel today? Hope you guys have an amazing wonderful day. I hari ni masak uols. Rajin sikit. Lagipun tadi pi market. Beli ayam, ketam, ikan and sayur . Bekalan untuk dua tiga hari lagi untuk masak. Tak payah nak ulang alik tiap- tiap hari pi market. Peniaga kat market pun ‘cemuih’ tengok I kan. So, hari ni nak share with you guys my masakan. #salsmenuoftheday . Tu hashtag kat Instagram, maybe uols nak tengok..maybe..Alright, let’s check it out the ingredients below.

BAHAN-BAHAN
1 mangkuk ayam  - hiris ketul-ketul kecil
6 biji terung bulat hijau
6 helai daun limau purut
½ sdk garam
1 sdk gula

BAHAN-BAHAN KISAR
2 btg serai
½ inch halia
3 ulas bawang putih
2 biji bawang besar
1 sdk biji black pepper
8 btg cili padi
½ inch belacan
½ inch kunyit hidup

CARA-CARA
1.      Tumis bahan-bahan kisar hingga masak dan pecah minyak.
2.      Masukkan ayam. Gaul hingga sebati dengan paste yang ditumis tadi.
3.      Masukkan 1 cawan air dan masak ayam hingga empuk
4.      Masukkan terung dan tunggu hingga masak
5.      Masukkan gula, garam dan daun limau purut. Perasa mengikut tekak masing2.



Done. Lebih enak dimakan berama ikan goreng, sambal picit dan ulam. Nasi haruslah panas-panas ok.

REVIEW: MCD SALTED CARAMEL & CHOCOLATE PIE


Hello everybody…..

How are you? Hope you guys have an amazing wonderful day. So, today review is on MCD new dessert pie flavor – salted caramel and chocolate. It’s sound delicious. It’s crispy on the outside and filled with chocolate and salted caramel on the inside!




This pie is so full filled with the chocolate and salted caramel. You should eat when it is warm. For me, the pie is ok. I'm not sure why I didn’t say I like it. May be I’m already full with Big Mac then I eat this pie. I love the salted caramel but I’m not a big fan of chocolate. The price is RM3.30 and I think you all should try once.

REVIEW : MEE TARIK WARISAN ASLI(ENCIK HASSAN) – SUNGAI BESI


Hello guys…

Hari ini nak review restaurant MEE TARIK WARISAN yang terletak di Sungai Besi. 



Actually last month- SEPT 2018 yang I pergi makan but hari ni baru ada mood nak tulis
review. This is my first time makan kat restaurant nie. My 1st impression is good. Waiting time pun tak lama. Yang penting air datang awal. UOLS boleh tengok dia orang tarik mee tu macam mana ok. Keadaan restaurant bersih and majority pekerja nampaknya foreigner.
Menu pun tak complicated untuk dipilih.



Sebenarnya sebelum datang ke restaurant tu , I ada tgk reviews kat fb, nampak macam ada bad experience kat situ. Tapi memandangkan teringin sangat nak cuba I gamble jer. Alhamdulillah, service and makanan ok. Portion pun banyak. Masa tu I dengan hubby, MIL and 2 kids. We ordered and shared 1 bowl mee soup, 1 bowl spicy noodles and 1 plate of dumplings. Portion dia banyak giler. Price for me is affordable. Tak mahal sangat kalau ikut portion yang dia prepared. Parking facility banyak. So overall , I bagi 4/5 rating. Kalau ada singgah di Sungai Besi, I will go again.
