Here is my review:
McDonald's frequently
comes up with new food creations to keep things exciting, and a rare combo of
spicy chicken and apple that intrigued me to try is the latest addition to the
list. This special burger has a deep-fried, spicy chicken patty served with
black pepper mayo sauce and real apple slices.
It's hard to imagine, as far as I'm concerned, how apple can combine with a savoury and spicy fried chicken patty will go well together. They certainly don’t sound like something you’d put in a burger. Honestly, I really don’t like it. I can’t eat the patty with that slices of apple even there was a good amount of apple slices on top, slathered with sauce. The patties they use are the same as the ones used in the McDeluxe Spicy Chicken, so on that front, the flavour was practically the same. The chicken patties were good; crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, fried to golden perfection. Overall, when combined with the apple slices, it tasted strange and it’s nothing remarkable.
