RESEPI 23: ALFREDO PASTA


AL KISAH ALFREDO PASTA


Resepi nie yang paling senang sebab tak banyak bahan nak guna. Mostly instant. Okey nie resepi yang I buat last 5 days sebab malas. Alfredo pasta…. Dulu I wonder why la carbonara and Alfredo tu nama berbeza but color sama ja….Then google2 rupa-rupanya tak sama. Alfredo and Carbonara nie are both pasta sauces. Both these pasta sauces come from Italy. Italian restaurant owner Alfredo di Lello is credited with Alfredo sauce because he made the first Alfredo sauce in 1914. Carbonara sauce became famous during the mid-20th century and the name carbonara is derived from the Italian word for charcoal. Ingredients of Alfredo are made from butter, parsley, heavy cream and minced garlic. While Carbonara is generally comprised of pancetta, egg yolks, heavy cream, garlic, and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Carbonara sauce maybe a bit hit than the Alfredo sauce sebab the presence of black pepper. Fettuccine is the pasta of choice for Alfredo sauce and spaghetti is the first choice for carbonara. Tapi bagi I mana2 pun…just the same…white sauce jugak kan….

Okey , summary resepi I, just beli prego alfredo sauce tu….Firstly, masak la pasta pilihan korang dulu….then tumis bawang Holland and garlic hingga naik bau…masukkan sauce preggo tu dengan 1 cawan air…tunggu hingga mendidih masuk pulak cendawan ..masak hingga agak2 kering sikit..masukkan pasta yg telah di masak tadi..gaul hingga rata dan nak sedap lagi letak cheese…nyum2 nyum….enak di makan ketika panas ya…kalua dah sejuk…tak lalu!!!!
