RESEPI 71: NASI GORENG SIMPLE


Hello guys! How are you? Hope you guys have an amazing day. 

As for me, hari ini adalah hari yang agak kurang baik sebab no water. Susahnya nak menjalankan tugas sebagai surirumah kalau air tak de ni. This is my first-time air tak de sejak berpindah ke Selangor. Runsing la dengan baju belum basuh.

Pihak pengurusan Syarikat Air Selangor diharap dapat memperbaiki mutu perkhidmatan anda ya. Just now check status terkini adalah seperti dibawah:

Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd ("Air Selangor") ingin memaklumkan Loji Rawatan Air (LRA) Sungai Semenyih dan LRA Bukit Tampoi yang dihentitugas  ekoran pencemaran bau di sumber air mentah masih belum beroperasi semula ekoran bacaan pencemaran bau masih berada di paras 1 ton. Air Selangor masih memantau kualiti air mentah dan mendapati belum mencapai piawaian untuk membenarkan ia masuk ke muka sauk. Seperti yang kita sedia maklum, pencemaran bau tidak boleh dirawat di loji dan dikhuatiri akan menyebabkan bau ini sampai ke premis pengguna seperti yang pernah berlaku sebelum ini. Oleh itu, LRA Sungai Semenyih dan LRA Bukit Tampoi masih belum boleh dioperasikan sehingga bacaan mencapai paras 0 Ton iaitu tiada langsung kesan pencemaran bau.

Aduhai…..nasib baik esok cuti and air paip bawah boleh guna lagi. So bolehlah masak yang simple dan tak banyak guna bahan . Today I nak share resepi nasi goreng paling simple sempena no water. Let’s check it out!

BAHAN BAHAN:
1 mangkuk Nasi putih
1 biji telur – goreng mata kerbau
Segenggam ikan bilis - digoreng
2 sdb sos tiram
5 sdb kicap manis

Bahan blender:
2 biji bawang merah
Segenggam ikan bilis
6 btg cili merah Thai
 
NASI GORENG SIMPLE

CARA CARA:
Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan blender sehingga wangi,
Masukkan pula kicap manis dan sos tiram. Kacau hingga sebati dan garing.
Tuang kan nasi putih. Kacau rata.
Akhir sekali, masukkan ikan bilis yang telah digoreng tadi dan sedia untuk dihidangkan Bersama telur goreng.

RESEPI 70 : PRAWN SAMBAL | SAMBAL UDANG


Hi guys. How are you? I hope you guys have an amazing day. Today, I would like to share my simple prawn sambal recipe. It is my favorite weekend recipe because it takes time to prepare the sambal. Sambal prawn is somehow a popular dish in Malaysia. It is a combination of a sweet and spicy dish. You can have sambal prawn as a standalone dish or accompany with any side dishes. I love cucumber and fried fish as an accompaniment. So how to cook sambal prawn? Let’s check it out!





INGREDIENTS
1 small bowl of prawns
1 Tbsps. sugar
1 Tbsps. tamarind paste, soaked with water (strain and discard pulps)
½ tsps. salt
1 Hollands onion – cut into slices
Vietnamese coriander

Chili Paste (Blend into fine paste)
15 dried red chillies, soaked in boiling water to soften
3 shallots
½ inch shrimp paste/ belacan
4 Tbsp oil

METHODS:
Heat oil on medium high heat, add in the chili paste and cook until oil separates.
Add in tamarind juice and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil and reduce to low heat and let it simmer for approx. 30 - 45 minutes. Stir frequently and add another cup of water to avoid the bottom burnt. Cook until the chili changes to dark colour.
Add in sugar and salt to taste and then mix in the prawns. Add Holland onion. Stir.
Cook until the prawns change to orange about 5-10 minutes.
Add Vietnamese coriander. Stir and done.

REVIEW: MCD SWEET CHILLI FISH BURGER 2019


Hi guys.
Today I would like to review MCD Sweet Chilli Fish Burger. Finally, I have a chance to write and review this new burger from MCD- not so new. It’s like your standard fish burger – only a bit spicier.


Okay, the burger is about the size of the Spicy Chicken McDeluxe or maybe they used the same bun. The fish patty is fried crispy with a thicker seasoning than the original Filet-O-Fish. The burger might look a bit messy, but the fish looks well-cooked without a fishy smell.  It comes with mixed vegetables and the sauce was unexpectedly tangy, sweet and a bit spicy.


Overall, MCD Sweet Chilli Fish Burger is great and the sweet chili complements it perfectly.

RESEPI 69: AYAM PHAT PHET SIMPLE


Hi guys. How are you? Hope semua berada dalam keadaan sihat sejahtera. Hari ini, dah masuk bulan November. Sekejap sahaja dah hujung tahun. Dah masuk 6 bulan I di tempat kerja baru. What a great opportunity to work here. The work environment is totally different. But so far, so good!

Okay. Today I nak share recipe phat phet yang simple. I had shared this recipe long time ago but this time I guna bamboo shoot. Let’s check it out!





BAHAN-BAHAN (KISAR)

1 Biji Bawang Besar
4 Ulas Bawang Putih
½  Inch Belacan
1 Sdk Lada Hitam
10 - 15 Btg Cili Api Thai
½ Inch Halia
½ Inch Kunyit Hidup

BAHAN- BAHAN LAIN

1 Mangkuk Ayam – Potong Kecil- Kecil
1 Mangkuk Kecil Rebung
6 Helai Daun Limau Purut



CARA-CARA
Tumis bahan kisar sampai naik bau n pecah minyak.
Masukkan ayam dan tunggu hingga masak. (Jika paste terlampau kering bole masuk sedikit air dan tunggu hingga masak ayam tersebut).
Masuk pula rebung n daun limau purut.
Perasakan dengan gula n garam. (2 sudu besar gula n 1 sudu kecil garam).

RESEPI 68: BUBUR GANDUM SIMPLE | SWEET WHEAT PORRIDGE

Okay. Today I nak share very easy recipe for dessert. Ini adalah salah satu makanan kegemaran I for type of bubur. Resepi yang sangat mudah dan bahan yang senang dicari di kedai runcit. Lagi sedap makan time musim hujan . Let’s check it out!

Simple Sweet Wheat Porridge

BAHAN-BAHAN
1 Cawan Gandum
3 Cawan Air Untuk Merebus
2 Sdb Gula
1 Kotak Santan Kara
½ Sdk Garam
1 Ketul Gula Melaka

CARA – CARA
Rendam gandum dalam ½ jam dan rebus gandum sehingga lembut dengan air. Selepas rebus air jangan dibuang. Kemudian masukkan santan dan gula melaka. Masak dalam 10 minit sehingga gula melaka larut. Tambahkan air jika terlampau pekan. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula ikut citarasa masing-masing. Siap untuk dimakan panas dan sejuk.

RESEPI 67: GULAI IKAN KEMBONG KUALA KEDAH | SIMPLE FISH CURRY


Good Morning guys. How are you? I hope you guys have an amazing day!

Do you like curry dishes? What is curry? Many people have spent years trying to find a suitable definition for it but at this point, that it refers to a slew of “stews that are of Indian origin”. Most Malaysians have grown up with this dish. And while no two homes make it the same way, when we say “curry”, we’re referring to a stew that has been cooked with a variety of spices, aromatics, chili, vegetables, meats and coconut milk or a.k.a santan. Malaysian curry recipes vary so widely that they can appear a little daunting. Which one do you use? We have Malay, Indian, Nyonya and more. Below is the recipe that I used to do. Let’s check it out!

Fish Curry Ingredients 


Ingredients
1 Packet Babas Fish Curry Powder
1 Packet Adab Fish Curry Powder
1 tbs chilies paste
1 red onion, diced
5 garlic, diced
½ inch ginger, diced
Curry leaves
½ small box Kara coconut milk
Palm sugar and salt to taste
1 tbs Adabi tamarind paste
6 mackerel fish
1 small bowl sweet potatoes
2 cups of water



Method
Mix all curry powder with water until it forms a paste. Set aside.
In a heavy-bottomed pot, cook onions, garlic, ginger and curry leaves. Turn to medium heat. Stir constantly for 10 minutes or until it begins to release their aroma. Then put the curry paste into the pot and sauté until the oil breaks.
Now, put some water and tamarind paste. Stir about 5 minutes. Then, pour the coconut milk, fish and sweet potatoes. Simmer (never boil) until the oil starts to rise to the top. This should take about 20 minutes. Season with salt and palm sugar.

RESEPI 66: SAMBAL KICAP GORENG PISANG


Hello everyone.

How are you? I hope you guys have an amazing wonderful day.
As for me, I’m not feeling so good. I’m not in good health. I hope you guys can pray for me to recover soon. Currently, the weather in my place is so bad. After three years of relatively clear skies, the haze reappeared in Malaysia in 2019. Haze caused by forest fires in Sumatra and Kalimantan in Indonesia has spread to countries in the region including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines. I hope this haze will go away as per Malaysia’s weather agency said that the haze is likely to be reduced with the arrival of the monsoon transition period which begins this Tuesday and will last until early November. It will bring more thunderstorms and heavy rainfall.




Okey then, enough of haze story. Let’s start with the new recipe that I would like to share with you guys.This is such a simple dipping sauce that I always make when I’m eating a fried banana.

Ingredients
7 Thai Chilies
4 cloves garlic
4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
½ cup of water
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt

Methods:
Blend or ground Thai Chilies and garlic until it becomes a smooth paste.
Cook the paste with sweet soy sauce, sugar, ½ cup of water and pinch of salt.
Cook until the sauce becomes thick.

REVIEW: BURGER KING PEDAS WANGI

Hello everybody. Hope you guys have an amazing day.
It’s been a long time tak buat review kan. So hari yang bertuah ini, I akan buat review about Burger King Pedas Wangi. I dah tried this burger last 2 weeks. Now, baru ada kesempatan untuk tulis review.
I pilih Double Beef Burger Pedas Wangi because I don’t like Chicken Burger.


Store Location : Burger King Kota Warisan, Sepang
Burger Condition: Bun agak keras, ada some veggie, beef bacon, cheese and the pedas wangi sauce too much sampai melimpah dalam kotak burger tu.


Verdict: My 1st bite rasa a little bit masin. I think because of the beef bacon. Sauce burger nie ada rasa macam BBQ sauce with a touch of spicy and sweet. I rasa macam sauce teriyaki pun ada. Beef patty moist as usual. Nama burger ni Pedas Wangi kan, I just dapat rasakan kepedasan tanpa ada kewangian. Giteww…Overall, I don’t think I akan repeat this burger again.

P/S: Pesanan ini adalah untuk semua stores Burger King, please ask your customer sama ada nak sauce extra ke tidak. If not akan jadi macam saya yang dapat sauce melimpah ruah sampai susah nak makan. Menitik-nitik sauce tu.

RESEPI 65 : RENDANG AYAM SIMPLE


Hi guys…SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI  semua…

Today I nak share my favorite dish untuk hari raya yang harus ada masa hari raya pertama iaitu ‘Rendang’. This is simple dish with very easy to find ingredients. Let’s check it out below.

BAHAN-BAHAN
½ ekor ayam
6 helai daun limau purut
2 helai daun kunyit
1 kotak santan Kara
1 packet kecil kerisik
4 batang serai
3 biji bawang besar
6 ulas bawang putih
½ inch halia
½ inch kunyit hidup
½ inch belacan
15 batang cili padi
1 sdb cili kisar

SAL'S RENDANG


CARA-CARA
Kisar halus bawang besar, bawang putih, halia, kunyit hidup, cili padi, belacan dan 2 btg serai yang telah dihiris halus.
Panaskan minyak dan masukkan 2 btg serai yg telah dicarik. Goreng sebentar dalam 2-3 minit .
Masukkan pula bahan kisar bersama cili kisar dan tumis sehingga pecah minyak.
Kemudian masukkan air dalam 3 cawan dan tunggu sehingga paste agak kering.
Kemudian masuk pula ayam dan gaul hingga semua paste bersalut dengan ayam.
Masuk 1 cawan air dan 1 kotak santan. Gaul rata dan tunggu hingga ayam masak dan sedikit kering.
Kemudian masukkan daun limau purut yang telah dipotong halus dan juga kerisik.
Gaulkan sehingga kerisik sebati dan tambah 1 cawan air lagi.
Tunggu sehingga kuah pecah minyak dan ayam masak. Ikut citarasa masing-masing sama ada nak rending kering atau berkuah sedikit.
Once kuah agak kering masukkan pula daun kunyit yang telah dihiris halus.
Perasakan dengan garam dan gula. ( I used 2 tbs of sugar and 1 tsp of salt).
Done….

RESEPI 64: AYAM MASAK MERAH | KACANG PEAS



Assalamualaikum guys.
Today entry nak share resepi ayam masak merah letak kacang peas. Sedap tau! Ayam masak merah ni tak pedas, just nice. Budak-budak pun boleh makan. Some more ada green peas. Green peas adalah rendah lemak tetapi tinggi dalam zat dan nutrien. Secawan kacang mempunyai kurang daripada 100 kalori tetapi terdapat banyak protein, serat dan mikronutrien. So balance la khasiat resepi nie. Gitewwww…Anyway, let’s check it out the recipe!!




BAHAN-BAHAN
1 Mangkuk Ayam – goreng kunyit
1 biji bawang putih- blend
3 biji bawang besar – blend
½ inch halia – blend
½ inch belacan – blend
5 sdb. Cili kisar
2 sdb. Sos cili
1 sdb sos tomato
2 sdb kicap manis
1 sdb. Gula
1 sdk garam
1 mangkuk kecil kacang peas
1 batang serai

CARA-CARA
Tumis bahan-bahan yang telah diblend dan serai hingga warna kekuninggan.
Masuk pula cili kisar. Masak sehingga pecah minyak. Cara saya adalah :
1 kali garing tambah air 1 cawan
2 kali garing tambah air 1 cawan
3 kali garing tambah air 1 cawan.
Tunggu hingga paste tadi pecah minyak.
Masuk sos cili, sos tomato, kicap manis, gula dan garam. Perasakan sesuai selera.
Masukkan pula kacang peas, ayam dan 1 cawan air. Tunggu hingga agak kering.
Jangan lupa gaulkan supaya kuah melekat dengan ayam.
Tunggu dalam 4-5 minit.
Siap!

RESEPI 63: IKAN KEMBUNG MASAK ASAM

So hari ini nak share resepi ikan masak asam. Resepi yang mudah dan paling senang tambah nasi berpinggan-pinggan. Sesuai untuk masakan sahur. Cepat je siap. Makan dengan nasi panas-panas. Rasanya untuk berpantang pun boleh. Anyway, let’s check it out the recipe guys!!




BAHAN-BAHAN :

6 ekor ikan Kembung
2 ulas Bawang putih- dihiris halus
5 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang besar – potong 4
5 batang cili padi Thailand
1 inch halia – hiris halus
1 mangkuk kecil Air asam jawa
1 tsp. garam
2 tbsp. gula
1 cawan air

CARA-CARA
Goreng ikan yang digaul garam dan kunyit. Letak tepi.
Tumiskan bawang putih dan halia yang dihiris dan cili padi
Kemudian masukkan air asam jawa , ulas bawang putih dan bawang besar.
Kalau terlalu pekat, tambahkan air.
Biar hingga mendidih dan masukkan ikan
Perasakan dengan garam dan gula.




Done!
Enak dimakan dengan nasi panas.
